Labor Compliance Registry

QRGate maintains a rigorous Labor Compliance Registry to ensure full adherence to Qatar's labor laws and regulations. Our compliance framework is designed to protect the rights and welfare of every worker placed through our services.

Qatar Labor Law Compliance

QRGate operates in strict accordance with Qatar Labor Law (Law No. 14 of 2004) and its subsequent amendments. This includes compliance with: working hours and overtime regulations, leave entitlements (annual, sick, and maternity leave), end-of-service benefits and gratuity calculations, workplace health and safety standards, and the Wage Protection System (WPS).

Compliance Records & Auditing

We maintain comprehensive records for every deployed staff member, including: employment contracts registered with the Ministry of Labor, QID and visa documentation, medical insurance coverage, salary disbursement records, and working hours and overtime logs. These records are subject to regular internal audits and are available for inspection by authorized government bodies.

Ethical Recruitment Standards

QRGate adheres to ethical recruitment practices aligned with International Labour Organization (ILO) conventions and Qatar's National Vision 2030. We prohibit all forms of forced labor, discrimination, and any recruitment fees charged to workers. Every candidate is provided with a clear, written employment contract in their native language before deployment.
